In care of:
December , 2011

Re: REFRENCE NUMBER, dated November 2011.
Notice of Request To Cease Harrassment.

Dear Sirs,

Please read the following notice thoroughly and carefully before responding. It is a notice. It informs you. It means what it says.

I refer to your letter dated November 2011. (WHICH THEY POSTED THROUGH THE DOOR- IT WAS A REMOVAL NOTICE 1st one)

As you are a third party intervener in this matter acting without authority, I DO NOT give you permission to interfere in my commercial affairs as you have no legal standing. I do not have a contract with you and any permission that you believe you may have from me is hereby withdrawn. If you believe that you have power of attorney to act on my behalf you are hereby fired, and any consent that you believe you may have, tacit or otherwise, is hereby withdrawn.

I am familiar with the terms of Section 40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970, and the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. And I believe, should you continue in contacting me after my request for you to cease your activity, that you will be guilty of harassment and blackmail, and you will be in breach of these acts, and you will be reported to the relevant bodies.

I am well aware of Section 40, sub-section (3) which you may consider entitles you to proceed. However upon full commercial liability and penalty of perjury you will need to supply the following Proofs of Claims:

1. Proof of Claim that your actions are reasonable.

2. Proof of Claim that any obligation on my part is due, or believed by you to be due to you, and not to some other party.

3a. Proof of Claim that any obligation on my part is to yourself by providing sight of the appropriate contract, or

3b. Proof of Claim that any obligation on my part to persons for whom you act by providing sight of the appropriate contract.

4. Proof of Claim that any obligation on my part protects you from any future loss.

5. Proof of Claim that any obligation on my part is enforcement of a legal process on a Human Being under Common Law jurisdiction, who cannot possibly have such liability under said jurisdiction.

You would of course need to provide these Proofs, including showing the full and audited accounting, if you chose to go to law.

Finally, you do not, nor have you ever had, my permission to use or process my personal data in any way, and so pursuant to the Data Protection Act 1998, I hereby demand that you cease use of any and all data with regard to me, and that you immediately destroy all of my data held on your records. Failure to do so will result in a report being submitted to The Information Commissioner for Data Protection breaches.

You will be deemed to have been served notice of my request and I will deem it served seven (7) days from the date of this letter. I am advising you that any communications from you including but not limited to letters, phone calls and text messages received after this date will be recorded/noted with the intention of them being used as evidence.

Do not contact me again.

Sincerely and without ill will, vexation or frivolity,

NAME: of the SURNAME family
Without any admission of any liability whatsoever, and with all Natural, Inalienable, Rights reserved.
Please address all future correspondence in the matter to a direct Human Self, namely NAME: of the SURNAME family, as commonly called.

SO i sent this last time, Im not sure if this was the right letter to send to a certified bailiff RE council tax, but hey but he of course ignored it and I have had another visit from the Certified bailiff today, with another REMOVAL NOTICE
Saying that he will come back tomorrow at 8am to remove all goods from my home, and he willl bring the police :police: :police: with him.
Now I am not silly, I have never answered the door to him, I have never signed anything, He has never seen me or anything inside the house, it has no back entrance and the blinds have been down for over 6months! Anyhoo i am taking pre cautions just incase. as I had to deal with eviction bailiff back in sept and still quite shaken by these bullies.
So Stereos, tumble, anything of "value" is out, and the car is parked miles away. I will bolt all doors, and Im going out at 730am as i know they come early to suprise. I also do not have a chubb on the front door, and i have seen locksmiths hack away at these silly piddly locks. So if they do break in, my landlord will have to deal with their broken door etc.
My only concern is my cats, as they are not allowed out the front, because of the cars. I hope to god they do not break in and break their own stupid laws cause if my cats run away all hell will break loose, and i will be tempted to put a commerical lien against this pratt. OOps i mean a vex. or a spell. oh who knows!

Any advice much appreciated. better still , have you been herre? I am moving soon anyway so wont have to worry but just for now. I want him gone!
Oh yeh, and I have sent conditional acceptance to the Council, saying That I am happy to pay them, set up a payment plan whatever, if they can answer my questions and prove that council tax is lawful etc. So i have never refused to pay. But i know they dont really listen to that part do they? bullies! Cowboys. They dont even provide street light for my street, they do not recycle CARDBOARD, and they dont take my rubbish. Oh yes, and and I will never EVER call the Police. EVER> or use a public library. But i guess ill have to pay the cowboys eventually.

Me: we'll you called my phone, interrupted me at work, & you don't have the decency to tell me who you are?
DCA: are you mr bloggs?
Me: do I sound like a man to you??? Hahahaha
DCA: are you mr bloggs?
Me: I am now recording this telephone call, the time is 10:57am on tue 17th jan. I have the number. And what is your name?
DCA: erm erm it's Mark. Mark Granger.
Me: ok Mark, you are now being recorded so I ask again what company are you calling from? So I can make a complaint against you for harassing me at work & calling me a man!

I went to court a couple of times over council tax, sent the court a bill for fulfilling their order.....
The council letters dried up after I did conditional acceptance upon proof of claim that their is a contract, a law binding me the man or that they had a claim to title to the house.
Apparently there is a dodgy claim to legal title by the government because money has no real value. However they don't want to discuss it so may well just dry up.
It has gone quiet on the council tax matter for a while now. Nothing from the council for ages, a bailiff who comes every now and then but I told them no contract etc...... not heard from them for months now......
