Land Patent

Does anyone know anything about Land Patents, apparently in the USA you can obtain a land patent and take full title on the land under your house? So has anyone found any information as to doing this here in England? Or has HM Land Register managed to close all the doors on this one also.
You may be free, but it looks like your prized asset is not. Just equitable title only.

The system in England is still feudal, so I guess you aquire absolute rights in much the same way as the feu "superiors" did....take it.

despite the "abolition of feudal tenure" in scotland, the only way to acquire mineral rights is by a feu charter from the feu superior if the land has a feu superior. if it does not you can acquire these rights simply by exercising them. precious metals can onlr be mined by way of crown warrant, even if the silver and gold is under your feet and untapped. raw gold is worth less than hallmarked gold even if its the same quality but the crown wont be stealing a proportion of it if you dont declare it.

And what is the state ?

A state is a society of men united together for the purpose of promoting their mutual safety and advantage by their combined strength

The state has to be established before the monarchy is appointed. We did not surrender our land for our "mutual safety and advantage".

The Monarchy’s claim of title is another rebuttable presumption. Serve Public Notice we are going to take these lands back for the people. Monarchy/Crown has no legitimate claim to these lands whatsoever.

It looks like to me that we only have equitable title to our property, but full title to the land & buildings is restricted, and therefore we have become tenants in our own property, otherwise we would have the right to demolish or burn down our buildings as and when we please. It looks like it’s the same as registering your car where you have passed title to the DVLA.

So here’s my thinking, as daft as it may be….. I would like to take full title to my buildings and land, and some of my research suggests that the land goes all the way to the earth core “if you know what I mean”, so if I could take full title by some means, could I

1 Declare nation status or principality & become a king of my own country.
2 Introduce my own laws & constitution
3 Register my business as off shore entities
4 Use my own currency “gold & silver”
5 Pay council tax “under contract” to use their services including using the police as private contracted security
6 They can lease/rent my land should they wish to build a super highway through it or add a toll charge like the Rothchilds are planning with UK roads

I may need to use my own passport to leave my country, but who is to say that I cannot contract to the UK and use their privileges “port pass” for overseas travel, after all the port pass is only for the person, but try explaining that to US Border Control is like teaching a corpse to dance.

As you may be aware, there are more laws being pushed in the shadows of democracy regarding IP intellectual property rights, this is already having an impact on the freedom of the internet, so has anyone got any thoughts on how we could use these laws to our advantage, and if so, could we claim IP on our land & buildings?

under english common law you dont need a deed but generally, like scottish roman law, a deed will exist. this document sets out what rights you have to the property. maybe a hundred years ago it belonged to the guy who owned core to sky and the minerals. he sold the dom. utile to the guy you bought it from so all you purchased was the exclusive right to live on the surface of the land. theres a cheap nutcases book on land law for england which will explain the various types of property ownership via caselaw. you can likely get it for about twelve quid from a university bookshop. the way i look at it is not so much owning property but having a set of rights to property.
