I just discovered that I have received an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of my NUI&COR from the PM's office (he was one of 15 people who were sent copies of it on 20th April). For those that know, and acknowledgement is a significant legal step, accepting the validity of the case and how it is presented.

I now no longer have only an estoppel against numerous members of the corporate "government", but an agreement to the validity of my claims - yahooooooo!

So far, I do not have a copy of the letter itself, as it was sent to my "person" and not to me, but I will post a redacted copy as soon as I have it.

Keep going people, this WORKS!

Hopefully, it will help me with my current biggest issue - viewtopic.php?f=64&t=1300

Best regards and peace to all

Hi, well done, i am very new to the fmotl 'concept' for want of a better word.

you say, and i quote, ''For those that know, and acknowledgement is a significant legal step, accepting the validity of the case and how it is presented.'' .... isant a legal step not really worth anything if your a freeman, as opposed to a lawful step. ie, getting your NUI and COR is a significant lawful step?

sorry if im being pedantic, but i am very new to this fmotl, but what i can gather so far, legal and lawful are two very diffrent meanings. So for somebody such as myself, who is just starting out, and reading this, i would like to know if you mean a significant legal step, or just from 'programming' you used the word legal instead of significant lawful step.

thanks in advance, and well done in sending your NUI & COR.

regards.

Congratulations! Well done! Good to hear that someone is having success - you must be doing something right.

I wonder, would you care to share your NUICOR with us here, so we may possible edit it for our own use, if we need one? Would be silly to reinvent the wheel if you seem to thave 'cracked it'! :shake:

Please keep us posted, I'm interested in hearing the results of your follow-up :in love:

Unless you have third party witness these administrative process will not stand up in court. I bet you didn't even wrap it with an affidavit.?

OK so what have you got? You sent a NOUI and your proof was registered post i presume. If it was then it proves you sent "something" but WHAT did you send? Can you PROVE it in court that the NUI you are presenting is the very same version you claim to have sent the PM? What did they reply too? You could have sent the PM a Xmas card and he replied "thankyou contents noted". To PROVE you sent what you claim you did you need notary presentment and certificate of no response either you have NOTHING that will validate your NOUI.

If you play the strawman game can you PROVE it? Did you raise power of attorney and make a public filing which proves YOU as a man has CONTROl over your fiction. You cant just say you have you must prove it. If not what you are doing is hearsay and again has no lawful standing. Its your belief you have a strawman but you must take the steps to capture it. This is why so many people get in serious shit if they go into court and flap their birth certificate about.

Remember peeps did you send the PM a certified copy or the original? OH you sent the original? Well you forgot only original contracts have standing in court remember no photo copies, wet ink??? SO did you send copies to your 15 public contacts? Were they certified TRUE copies by notary or solicitors stamp? Hope you can see if you play with fire you can get burnt.

Hate to put a damper on things but to do this properly is going to cost a bit more then 15 1st class stamps. More like 4 hours work at 250 quid an hour notary time and public filings.

Hi Dipsy, can you elaborate on the 15 please. I had my Notary send my NOUICOR to the PM and it was "NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL
AND NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL IS NOTICE TO AGENT" the point being it's up to the boss to pass the memo down the line.

Technically yes one would expect it to filter down but its better to serve 5 key players at least which is the process used in the US and Canada. That way you have some redundancy built into your claims. I think i would do say the chief of police for your area, HMRC, the chancellor so that covers the treasury, NHS so that covers your medical rights/pension/benefits etc and the DVLA so you can at least enforce your right to travel etc.
