I heard there is a tax form one can fill out to nothave thier taxes deducted fronm the pay check.
Does this form exist?
If so what is it called.

Or is the only way to not pay taxes is via a NoR?

Not being funny here, but why not ring up the tax office and ask them. Just remember to not give any of your own details to them when they ask.
If you're scared of 'them' poisoning 'us' with some shit then maybe you haven't noticed the shit they are already poisoning us with.

I would call them, but do you think they would give that
info out, they are keep denying the existence the Birth bond.
