Help on Conditional Acceptance

Postby john10001 » Sat Jun 04, 2011 12:07 am

Just a small issue on a Conditional Acceptance letter/notice.

If I am writing as the Agent on behalf of the PERSON, how do I sign it?

Would the Agent print or sign the document on the line or do both?

At the moment I have the following:

In sincerity and honour,

By: ___________________ (Agent)
THE PERSON™
All Rights Reserved – Without Recourse – Without Dishonour - Non-Assumpsit – Errors & Omissions Excepted

On the line would I print name Lower Case, Print and Sign or simply sign as the Agent?

Thanks very much,

John

Ps. Would you use black or red ink, and wet or dry?

I have just sent in a "CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE" and I signed it in BLUE wet ink as this gives you credibility. I learnt it from:-
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pByZmACuIAk

I signed as Agent: with my Freeman of Land name. As in Wings:of the dransfield family as a signature, then printed my freeman of the land title. However, I'm a little confused as "V" states not to sign documents as a signature can be forged and used against you. As stated I signed anyway. I also placed after Agent:in enclosed brackets ("NO JOINDER")
Did you also place after your "CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE" your requirements for REMEDY? You can learn further about that at Creditors in Commerce That's all I can offer you at this time John.
I'm sharing this with you John, however, this is not to be construed as legal advice, for I am also newby at this.

At Creditors in commerce they talk about signing

Hope this helps, and take it easy,

John, When you put THE PERSON. Are you referring to person fiction ie: STRAWMAN, or yourself the living breathing person. You need to research in order to KNOW! It is very important, or they will know you don't know what your doing and take advantage--Caution!

Take it easy,
