Welcome to the forum nick, did you return the pcn within the 72 hour period of consideration, if so,just wait and see what kind of response you get back from them and then cut your cloth accordingly. :peace:

Hi Donna. Welcome to the forum

"ParkingEye was established in 2002, bringing technology-centred car park management solutions to an antiquated industry. ParkingEye has rapidly become the number one technical solutions parking operator in the industry, through the quality of its product, service delivery and system integrity."

This is a contracted parking company and what they are actually alleging is 'Trespass'. Not knowing the full story we cannot advise you accordingly, so please fill in the details. Was it a supermarket car park or McDonald's?

Let us know 'who & what & where & when' and maybe we could help you better. Just remember: THEY have no more authority over you than a stranger in the street .

Spot on boo boo, the tickets are a waste of paper, if you don't respond, the worst they can do is threaten you in my experience, and they will give up eventually, as they have no jurisdiction or power over you. The minute you respond to their notices, they've got you into their pathetic little game.
Peace, luv and light :sun:
