Just had a second Debt Recovery Notice from this bozzos.

Notice the threat of legal action through the County Court. Have these tossers never heard of Article 12 of the Bill of Rights 1689 ?

Needless to say, I've sent them the standard rebuttal notice found here: viewtopic.php?f=100&t=2404

So how come some people have been taken to Magistrates Court for no car tax and others, like me. have a DCA trying to take a bite? Does this make sense? Surely, as equaility beneath the law is paramount & mandatory, we should all have the same action taken against us!

Hi Kevin;
Originally, DVLA sent me a FPN that threatened me with court if I did not pay the £80 fine and the back tax they thought they were owed. After sending them a rebuttal I then received ( about a month later) a demand for the £80 again and this I ignored as I had gained estoppel. Then the Inter Credit vultures have pitched in with their Notice.

Strange is'nt it ? They think they can ignore our notices but we must pay attention to theirs. Anther case of corporate bullying I think!

This is something we're all coming up against, as yet I don't have an answer to it
