I could go on all day, I wish I had an unwanted car :rotfl:

Me too!

Filling the car with dogshit, dead animals, porn mags, bottles of piss etc.

I dont know about this: from what i know about clampers, this would be a typical friday night "knees-up" !

Cutting it up with an angle grinder would be very funny but just imagine if the poor sod trying to steal it gets hurt in the process, he may be trying to steal it but I dont wish harm on anyone and that could really come back and bite me. Any other waste though is a defo possibility!

Why not clamp there clamp, and put notices on the clamp that removal is unlawful and a penelty charge would Be incurred for Removal, play them at their own game. CHECKMATE.

Well...

Car got towed today, I left the below notice on the car for them, and have just noticed I failed to specify a time on it (I was tired, it was late etc). This will not be too problematic as I will send another one tomorrow to the pound and will make the necessary amendments. My main aim was to just inform them I did not consent and that they would be liable for their actions. I also filled the car with crap. On the other hand I may make no efforts to send notices and just wait until the try and charge me (not sure if they will charge me if i do not ask for it to be released?)

NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE

Dear Sir,
I accept you have the lawful authority to immobilise, remove, impound and/or destroy my car conditionally upon proof:
• That this matter is contractual and I gave consent.
• That by enforcing tax revenue schemes for a government engaged in war crimes you are not committing the crime conduct ancillary to war crimes and conduct ancillary to genocide.

Failure to provide the above proof will comprise the tacit procuration that the immobilisation, towing, impounding and destruction of my personal conveyance constitutes a commercial injury to MISS ZAHRA SLEIGHT to which she will be entitled to claim as per the fee schedule below:
• Conveyance not released within 24 hours = £100
• Conveyance towed and impounded = £500
• Each day conveyance is impounded = £250
• Destruction of conveyance = £5000
• Each and every correspondence sent/received = £50

Without malice, mischief, ill will, frivolity or vexation, in sincerity and honour,
