What would be the first step to becoming a freeman on the land there seems to be quite a lot to it?

I agree I'm reading & re-reading & have checked many of claims made by freeman to find so far only registered companies, law dictionaries, costitution ect, I've read Veronica's book download also on order from Waterstones "Macclesfield" anyone near by the way, I am typing the notice of intent as a first step but will when complete require proper assessment from already there, volanteers appreciated and happy site back on line.
