Fanatstic inspiration to read your post EM. I am in the middle of writing an Estoppel notice to my county council (with a lot of help from the experiances of the many wonderfull people on this forum) and to come across your post here has removed any little doubts that had begun to creep in of going through with the process as I sit here composing it. Thankyou for your bravery courage and strength and sharing the knowledge you have learnt from your experiance with us all, Cormac :sun:

Remember, as these events happen more often, the Judgie Wugies and the mag's will be told to ignore us if we dont "DO" as we are "told" as i think happened here

i think it is best where ever possible to try and fix any issue without / or before any (kangaroo) court event

or if you have to end up in their courts, try and obtain some sort of agreement before hand, so there is no controversy for the court to look at

all that said, well done, your experiences give courage to others!

Many thanks for the post Elemental Mechanic, I myself am tentatively heading down the same route and have set the ball rolling initially with a NoU&I and CoR "Abandoning recognition of my legal fiction as my Self" and "going at common law by the name Dream" in order to discern and differentiate between the "man" and the "person".

Thank you again for providing intricate details of the "proceedings" and good luck in your endeavour.
Safe journeys,
Dream

Greetings all,
I'm a newborn to the movement and i've been reading lots from this forum and others, but what I want to know is, has anyone had (or know anyone) who has had total success regarding council tax. By total success I mean, the council have stopped chasing them for money and has stated that they owe nothing (or something along those lines...)
I could really do with a template letter for council tax...

Hey I love the idea of changing your person's name! Would it work if I changed mine to "GOD"? I could then prove that I was GOD and so no longer equal to them but having authority above them :rotfl:

peace to you all,

whilst i have a moment i'm going through some of my old topics in the order to give updates where i can; i'm a bit rusty in places i have not written a notice in what seems like forever.

so the topic here was partial success, well salford city council has never been paid anything by me and have not received any payments since.i'm sure they would like to talk to me further (no doubt at there earliest convenience) but much how i previously lived struggling to rob peter to pay paul, they can go and scratch.
