I think trojan is mostly right, but I think the cases on the forum where we don't get passed the door is because of an insistance to demand inalienable rights before we cross the threshold, or 'on the record'.

Soulwave did all his stuff once he was through the door....

Either way, its a tough one, they are not wanting to let go.

Does this mean that she got ownership of that place?

It's very annoying that she doesn't have her own web-site or Youtube Channel... :grin:

Bumping this thread just to say there's confusion as to Irene's methods. And people are confusing canadian statutes with international treaty laws. International treaty laws do not require registration.
