Probably, but the copper was shaking..i guess he has a different perspective on it.

I've been watching her videos....she's one determined individual...and Trade marking your name and acting as your capitalised agent...interesting stuff.

Irene-Maus: Gravenhorst

V. Lots of old videos of her. Apparently she is going to post a vid about this hearing. Apparently there is a vid of the policeman contracting for the $3bn. (can't find it yet). She seems to be getting very involved with a new Squamish Bank. Very very little meaningfull info comes up. Can’t even find her seminar site yet. Best info I got was from thinkfree.ca
Either she keeps off the www or she is being censored.

I wanted to know exactly what "waive all benefits" means so that other newbies like me can understand. This is what I was told with the hope V will correct it.

It seems she simply got into Common law jurisdiction with the words “"I claim Common law jurisdiction".
Then Ignored the judges attempts to railroad her.

Having done that the hearing is then considered a BENEFIT on offer. To which she said..

"I do not consent and I waive the benefits."

Meaning of course that she does not consent to any other Jurisdiction and does NOT want the benefit (court hearing) being offered to her.

Case dismissed.

Other benefit privileges include (but are not limited to):

1. Court
2. Appearance
3. Pleadings
4. Fines
5. Arrest
6. Bail
7. Jail
8. etc

Video

Watch the interaction, and notice that in order for him to convince Irene to sign his "ticket" the Police Officer agrees to a contract with Irene for three billion dollars. Saying "thats fine mam". Thats at the very end. Wonder why video then cuts out ?

This is a MUST see.

Because it has said it all. The copper tears off the ticket & drives away 'job done' I would guess. Why not? He doesn't believe he has any problem. He has issued 1,000s of those things.

What this tells me is that I should buy myself a video camera. We should all carry video cameras as much as possible ... certainly in cars.

"I'm going to have to ask you to stop filming me"

"Are you asking me, or ordering me?"

"I'm asking you politely"

"Then I must respectfully decline to stop filming you"

"The law says I have the power to stop you filming me?"

"Which law?"

(He quotes the new JackStraw)

"That's a Statute, which is the law-of-the-sea, and we are on dry land. That Statute has no lawful effect"

"Right ... then I'm ordering you ..."

"That will cost you £3billion, are you prepared to pay?"

"What are you talking about?"

"I'm talking about providing you the service of carrying out your order. Are you prepared to pay £3billion ... which in the UK is £3 million-million for the service of carrying out your order?"

"I don't have to pay you, I'm giving you an order!"

"An order is changeable. And the amount is set by whoever carries out the order, and I'm setting the charge at £3billion. Now, are you prepared to pay?"

"What do you mean 'chargeable?"

"I mean chargeable. If you go into a shop, and place an order, would you expect to pay the shop?"

"Well ... yes ... I suppose ..."

"If you ordered something from Littlewoods Mail Order ... would you expect to pay?"

"Well ... yes ... I suppose ..."

"Are you prepared to pay me, yes or no?"

"I'll have to talk to my superiors"

"Sure. Do that. And I'll carry on filming you while you do that"

"Hmmmmph!"

... and so on
Freedom's just another word for: "Nothing left to lose" (Janis Joplin)
"There is no path to peace, peace IS the path" (Mahatma Ghandi)
"There is no path to freedom, freedom IS the path" (Veronica Chapman)

Excellent !!

You took the words out of my mouth. But since WE are the power and they should call us ‘your highness’...can I suggest we would tell them what is happening rather than discuss and explain to them. As follows (maybe)

Hello Piece officer how are you today ?

Just so that there is no misunderstanding between us I’am a man NOT a Person and "I claim Common law jurisdiction". You can call me ‘your highness’ Do you smoke ?

Do you mind if I have one whilst you consider "I do not consent and I waive the benefits." (arrest is a benefit)

Or as you and I would say down the pub..any offer to arrest me is waived and if you want to continue and place an order I will have to bill you . My fee is £1000 to to process any given ticket or you can go to jail for 14 days. Which would be best for you ? (be silent)

If arrested I charge £5,000 or 2 months in jail. But you don't have to decide now as this is all being recorded on my mp3. Do you understand ?

I`am now free to leave..have a good day

If escalates....what you do next would depend if they

Tried breach of the piece on you. (ask for the witness names etc)

Tried to pretend you were a ship at sea (protest and duress ?)

Or place and Order (give them a bill right there, right then)

lets try keep this short and simple. yeh ?

Its victories like these that reinforce our beliefs. All future "geebees" should be shown this. ;)
"Reason is the life of the law; nay, the common law itself is nothing else but reason. The law which is perfection of reason" Sir Edward Coke 1552-1634.

NO ONE RULES IF NO ONE OBEYS.

It is better to light one candle than to curse the darkness.

I'm still trying to find out the content of the User Agreement and what is the format of the Registered Notice and how it is registered (I'm guessing by post).

I have sent 2 emails to Irene at 2 different addresses, I don't know if anyone has a current email for her, but so far no response.
