Bristow and Sutor

Postby holy vehm » Thu Mar 14, 2013 8:26 pm

This is posted up for the amusment factor and for newbies who may still be fearful of these parasites.

Notice received today.

COUNCIL TAX NOTICE OF ISSUE OF LIABILITY ORDER INFORMATION PRELIMINARY TO DISTRESS.

Bristow & Sutor act on behalf of Cheshire East Borough Council, ALL enquiries concerning this document MUST be made to us and not the Council.

Blah Blah Blah

You MUST pay this sum in FULL to us and not the council.

Blah Blah Blah

Looks like a third party have involved themselves in my affairs

The issue is one of outstanding liability fees from last year. No monies are outstanding for council tax although that is what they are trying to make out, that council tax is due.

Knobheads.

By law, the local authority must give you 14 days written notice that they have obtained the Liability Order and that it will be sent to their relevant bailiff company for enforcement. Therefore, it is vital that you try to stop this process if you are unable to pay.

Now when it says by Law, they mean rules but you get the drift.

I have been sent this 14 day notice my the Bailiffs and not the council.

One has no contract what so ever with these people 'acting' on behalf of.

Its all word play.

The council act on my behalf, i do not act on their behalf, thus i am the authority and i do not authorise third party intervention. They MAY have done this using an implied right to do so, thus they will be informed that if that is the case, it is revoked.

Oh, just have fun with it folks, just dont be fearful.

LOL, you could even turn up at their homes and business and levy distress upon their goods.
