Hi Heads & students. Be grateful for help to deal
with an Highwayman
agency, dba enforcement
agents for debt collectors.
My issue is; just went to property one morning and
found a yellow wheelie
attached to it. Puzzleing
part was nothing to say its me, here is the number
give it a call to contract us.
NOTHING apart from, big
yellow. Thought go make a
report but decided not to
bother. Any souls with how
to deal with this? Any ideas?

Phone them and don't give your 'name'. Tell them you are the lawful owner of the property and that they have caused you harm. Then give them a small time limit to remove their property from yours.

If they fail to do so try and remove boot without causing any damage and keep it in a safe place.

When they finally return for their property present them with a bill for storage.
