IT STOPS HERE

IT STOPS HERE

Postby pedawson » Thu Jan 16, 2014 12:15 pm

For those wishing to know my case will be heard in the Huddersfield Magistrates Court room 1 at 9:45.

i am not saying this case is important and those who know me know what i mean when i say that if the system successfully convicts there are many who will be harmed by the ruling.

A bailiff once told he is not to step foot on private property he has by law to "with HASTE" to remove himself: backed up by case law after case law (and i have forensically gone through many, not just a few but i cannot say all).

We all know the corruption in the Magistrates courts and if they attempt ANY corruption the team will VIGOROUSLY pursue action.

We HAVE made some large steps to outing such corruption and all we need is ONE CASE, i am not saying this is the one however the more witnesses there are in this case the better.

It might be a good idea to bring a black umbrella, just in case it rains.
Bring paper and a pen and take notes of the proceedings they may be required. i need witnesses to what i believe will be corruption at its best - and one by one we will remove such from the bench.
i wish to get to the point where we can go into court knowing that those sat at the bench KNOW that if they put one foot out of place they are TOAST. This corruption has gone on long enough and IT STOPS HERE.

There are people who are awaiting the bailiffs at this very moment - the outcome of this case will UPHOLD the grip or PROVE conclusively that the Bailiff is nothing more than a civil enforcement officer who HAS to abide by the LAW, Rulings and Guidelines.
Step over that mark and your recovery is VOID Ab Initio.

We do NOT live in the dark ages where the bailiff is KING we live in a time where it is WE the PEOPLE who call the shots and where we reside or lay our heads is sacrosanct.

Regardless as to what happens to me - i am more than happy to be the sacrificial lamb - the outcome has more than one leg. The outcome only dictates where to next.
The bailiff is the force protecting the ones who create the harm and the bailiff believes he is protected to the point they believe they can do just as they like - when in reality all they are - are night club door security.

It ENDS HERE.

I don't ask much, if one can be there i will be grateful.
Namaste, rev phil;

Perhaps a few brief details for those wishing to attend/support may be in order?
What was the alleged 'debt'?
Was it a County Court Bailiff (HMCS employee) or a private Bailiff?
Who is charged with what?
?

The criminal charge is Assault by beating.
Charge is triable either way and carries maximum 26 weeks jail or biggish fine.
The alleged victim is a civilian bailiff.
Huddersfield Magustrates court @ 9.45 20th January. Court No. 1.
He forced entry with the police assisting.
It was his first visit to collect on a police issued PCN for £45.
Will probably try to use the DCVC Act to justify forced entry. Won't work. Got it covered.
PD tried to shut the door and police jumped him. handcuffed and kidnapped him.
Released on charge 12 hours later.
No name no compliance.
We have all paperwork ready for any way it might go. God bless flow charts!
I will be Mc Kenzie friend on the day.
All welcome.
Could be landmark case for us or them.
We have worked non stop since and are as ready as any man can be.
PD is unafraid, determined, strong.
Case law and precedent from superior courts ready and waiting.
Me confident. PD confident. Cops and bailiff and CPS confident?
Let's see how the rail-roaders run on the day.
Locked and loaded for bear.

Musashi.
It's still fucked, isn't it?

If the matter is triable either way presumably PD can choose to go to Crown court, and have judge and jury, if plea is not guilty of course.
We do NOT live in the dark ages where the bailiff is KING we live in a time where it is WE the PEOPLE who call the shots and where we reside or lay our heads is sacrosanct.

I totally agree when someone enters your property they are on your law.
I am in a similar situation but on H&S matters at work, the first hearing before magistrates gave the option to go to Crown court which is what we are doing.
If the case is held locally a jury may be a good option, although they can be 'persuaded'.
Have you seen the statements from the accuser or the CPS yet? It is necessary for the evidence that is going to be used against PD is seen before trial.
Watch out for prosecutor and duty defence solicitors, I reckon they work together.

Stay strong.
