Control of Goods (Fees) Regulations 2014

Postby pitano1 » Sun Feb 16, 2014 9:41 pm

the monster, that refers to itself,as...THE GOVERNMENT,after gourging itself,at the trough
bearing the lables..citizen..the public..taxpayer.

oh...yes..their is more than one...i`m sure`in fact,that every gov..dept..has its own.

who knows...maybe cyral smith had his own personal trough.[the fat perv]..also i`m pretty
sure this applies to 10 belly`s pickles.

anyway...i digress

in fact...i think,i will inject a little empathy.

being a lying cunt....every concious moment..must realy burn up the calories.
being a narcisist lying..cunt..takes even more energy..[probably]

being an ugly fucker, and having your fucking ugly mug painted..[at £10.000-£20.000]
a pop..whilst trying to convince yourself..your `pretty damn handsom,and this portrait
will hang...somewhere..forever,and` not be used for a warning,to others as an illustration
of the dangers`involved regarding marrying your siblings.

it all takes its toll..you know.!
along with the rest of it...backstabbing..i wont go to far into that
subject.

in fact i will finish with this brief list as i`m quite sure..one could
fill a book.

right...back to the gourging.
what happens, when you have made a right little piggy,of yourself.?
sometime..or other..you gotta take a dump..right.?

well looky what the gov..have shit out. :giggle: :giggle: :giggle:

ps..it looks`to me,as this applies to non domestic.

On the domestic side there is the new and scary, and totally fascist, Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act which, although it is bugger all to do with bailiffs and recovery has, as a last minute addendum by the sneaky bastard minister, had added to it a right for bailiffs to call the police to smash doors down for civil debts.
The police, those useful idiots so beloved of the fat cunt Julia Middleton of Common purpose infamy, who are robots and unthinking to a man, will do it.

This, of course, needs to be challenged in the courts before it becomes law. An injunction to start with.

Any takers for the job?

You got a link about the bill going through the houses about the Bailiffs calling tagging that on? I'll pass it around. I'm looking now and can't see anything

Not immediately. We discovered it when the rev and I were doing 16 hours a day research for two weeks when we were working on his arrest after the bailiff bsiness. I would have to conract him to see if he has it tagged.

Meantime you may need to know that the bailiffs currently use the Domestic Violence Crime and Victims Act, 2004 schedule 4 as a justification for forced entry. Wrongly, we argue, but they are what they are - thugs. Schedule 4 of the 2004 act talks about an authorised officer executing a warrant of distress having the right to force that entry.

I'll be in touch with the rev soon and we'll see what we can do about a direct link to the site we found it on.

Musashi.

I knew the bailiffs get warrants from the court, but I always thought they took them back to the office to copy them and add their fee's on, making them invalid. I have been looking at some other bills such as the withdrawal from the Euro convention of human rights. When/if that goes through, we can pretty much stop bothering.

These appear relevant to the topic -

http://www.dealingwithbailiffs.co.uk/Courtfine-locksmith.htm

The so-called "DVCV Act 2004" only provides for entry using "reasonable force":

1. ONLY if you are inside the property AND

2. You have an outstanding distress warrant (but not bailiffs fees)

It is NOT a license to break entry or using a locksmith.

In any event, this legislation is incompatible with Article 8 of Schedule 1 of the Human Rights Act 1998.

Therefore, forced entry requires the prior permission of a Magistrate.
