Copyrighting Strawman

Copyrighting Strawman

Postby blake » Fri Jan 08, 2010 6:07 pm

Hi All

Am a little confused.

Huntingross has copyrighted his legal fiction.

V stated (somewhere) that americans had been sent down for (trying to) claim(ing) their (?) legal fiction/strawman.

Is this the same thing?

Or is this to do with claiming the legal fiction's share in US ltd?

Your strawman is evidence of contracts you've made.

Can you copyright non-existent entities?

There has been a couple of claims that the Vatican owns the strawman so claiming it has caused problems for these americans....I have asked for some link to source info on these claims and non have been forthcoming.

I have always been of the opinion that if someone pops up saying they own the strawman (not me) then the cat is out of the bag.....

For the sake of clarity, have you copyrighted your strawman OR are you protecting the agents RIGHTS against those who do commerce in the name of 'your' STRAWMAN without consent?

Cheers

Is this not what Irene Gravenhorst did, maybe looking at what she did will help explain it it more, at least give another point of view, she's from Canada btw..
Men fight for liberty, and win it with hard knocks. Their children, brought up easy, let it slip away again, poor fools.
And their grandchildren are once more slaves.

My STRAWMAN is the transmitting utility I use as a Trade Name, which now carries a Trademark (TM) in all correspndence, while the name of its Secured Party Creditor and Authorised Representative is copywitten. Irene did the opposite, which is why, at least in my humble opinion, she was not able to enforce her claims.

Hope this helps.

What does anyone make of Rob Menards video that touches on this topic? (http://www.youtube.com/user/mrmitee#p/u/22/ouv4X03b_C8)
