interesting thread!

I am with Talk Talk, have been for a few years, and I am very happy with the service they provide - unlike a few of our members here :grin:

I was with BT prior to Talk Talk, and BT were diabolical! On one occasion BT telephoned me and informed me that I owed the £XXX - I argued the case(good job I kept all correspondence), and the end result was they actually owed me some £XXX :clap:
