My apologies if I've missed something but here's a demand from a DCA I had. The interesting thing is where I've highlighted with the arrow.
Is this simple to explain or does it have some bearing on the remittance for payment discussion?

1. I can think of a significance in that highlight, but I don't think you'll find it particularly relevant.

2. My Topic has been completely hijacked!

Hi, I'm new to the forum but have been following fotl for some time. I have been dealing with my utility company for several years now where I am being battered from pillar to post. To sum up, I was paying them by direct debit when out of the blue they trebled my payment overnight as a result of their miscalculating the usage. I couldn't afford that and asked them to lower the payment to which they refused. As a result, I had no option but to cancel the direct debit and switch to paying by standing order. I also increased the payment to something I could afford.

The utility company won't recocnise my payments and have sent me to court many times where I have presented proof of my payments. It always ges dismissed. Recently they hand delivered a letter threatening with disconnection together with adding £37 for the benefit of having the personal visit. If any one can point me to a relevant template that I can use to stop this harrassment and intimidation I would really appreciate it.
