Four active threads...

I fear that others have had the same experience as me. ie. Loss of car, 6 points, £1k fine and costs.
Council tax, big bill, big costs, no joy, just expense.
I did get off a FPN from a traffic camera, and a parking ticket which I ended up ignoring to death......although it may come back, it went to Northampton Robot Jail (or whatever they call it)

I can't afford to go on! Its about £4k in total I am shelling out for the experience. Too much too soon, maybe. I have learned a lot, including, the system is full of shit, lies at every turn, they ain't servants, its not a friendly world out there. I should have stayed a silent stoner.

I get the impression that happens to most who try. There certainly ain't many success stories. Did Roger Hayes pay his council tax. I can't find that info anywhere....strange.

I have thought Freeman is a government ploy for increasing revenue. A law society scheme for generating business. F**k it I'm moving to Portugal. Some sick twisted faith in common sense and common decency tells me, it can't be law, its such impenetrable bullshit it can't possibly really apply to us all. How the hell do you find out without incurring these massive costs. People like to keep what's theirs, their sanity and money. Thats why there are maybe 6 active members and 4 active topics.

If Veronica came back and made everything better (!!!!Ha!!!!) she ain't going to struggle too hard to keep up with traffic right now. Reinvigorate us! I hope they are still out there battling on. Maybe theres just no good news to report on, and no-one wants bad news.

I knew that one of you, eventually, would say the right things! Congratulations, Squark.

The freeman philosophy was/is a necessary lie. The lie woke some of us up, but it was never meant to be carried on. In the awakening, and the subsequent experience of ourselves and others, we saw other things - the things we were really meant to see, such as a criminal government, a corrupt judiciary and a police which will not do its job. We found that Terry Pratchett was correct when he said that "some crimes are so big that we actually live inside them".

The freeman philosophy was just a vehicle to take us to a certain point in our journey and, like any other vehicle, we must leave it behind when we reach journey's end. Many of us have found this difficult, if not impossible, and the rhetoric has raged across the pages of this and many other sites for some time now. For many, the journey has not yet ended and the rest of us have a hard time persuading them that the vehicle goes no further. Is, in fact, useless and not fit for the loudly advertised purpose.

Quite what a re-incarnated Veronica can do about this is a great mystery to me. She still does not understand how she could be threatened - lawfully! - with an arrest for trespass when she was in a "public place". Some of her close associates and intimates - pundits of the philosophy of freemanity - are well known to me, and I fail to see any logical or worthwhile input from that direction either. Well, there was none in the past and I cannot see why that would change now. In fact, there's more than one of them could only make matters worse in their attempts to clarify and encourage. They are in an unteachable frame of mind.

Roger has not payed his council tax, remains bankrupted and continues his quest for a lawful bank - though no longer as chairman of the BCG.
John Hurst has been bankrupted also but is still in lawful rebellion and as active as ever.

Lawful rebels continue while freemen fall away - and therein lies a sign. The small, personal battles that the freemen are fighting and, for the most part losing, will not free the land from the grip of tyranny and paedophile controlled political monsters. At absolute best it saves a small fine having to be paid. You may set up freeman communities, eco villages, benders and caravan convoys as you please - it achieves nothing for the whole community of the realm and, therefore, ulitmately nothing for yourselves. It does not stop the juggernaut of socialism/communism/fascism or delay its progress one iota. You are ignored and left to the delights of exhausting yourself and your resources by going up against petty minded, specially selected dull-witted police officers who will certainly work you over and impoverish you to the point of inutility while the architects of our demise light up another cigar after another big dinner. You are not even noticed.

When you dispute law with a constable at the side of the road he will nick you in the full confidence that the court will back him up. The court will impose penalties in the full knowledge that the state will back them up and that constables and other thugs will go out and enforce their rulings no matter how blatantly corrupt, fraudulent and evil. You will never successfully challenge the system on the road side. If you disagree with any given statute then you must take the state to court and argue the case there.
The duty imposed on drivers under the road traffic act to give details to any constable who demands them, for example, can be challenged in court but not the street. On the street it is the law and it will be applied even of they have to get violent on your skinny little freeman arse. The challenge in court is that it destroys the common law right to silence and is contrary to the appeal court decision in Rice v Connolly which states that there is no legal obligation to speak to the police or to obey their instructions. The appeal court and the statute are in conflict.

Similarly with the PAYE scam. A duty has been placed on employers to gather tax - at their own expense - and hand it over to the state. The challenge here is the common law right and maxim that a labourer is worthy of his hire. That slavery was abolished a couple of years ago and that forced labour is contrary to law as well as the U.N Declaration and other such charters.

Lawful rebellion, as badly as it has performed so far, is our only hope - unless you want to wait for year's end and hope beyond all hope that John Harris will really become king and save us all from ourselves as well as the others. Personally, I have never believed in a once and future king. I am too well read on the matter (from Gilgamesh to Harris, and the first chapter of The Golden Bough Will enlighten all who read it) and know it to be no more than a poetic device to describe a certain process of death and renewal. There are no spiritually engendered magical processes at work - only basic, universal physics passed on through mathematics concealed in religious ritual and doctrine.

When you wake up, you get out of bed. Im still trying to undo the shackle of those who force me to sleep with them but the vast majority of those who are awake are lying spread eagle clasping their groin just asking to be fucked over and over again while completely aware they were tied up and blindfolded long before they knew they were being molested.

Being in bed with the elite is a routine and comfortable way to get by, but how many have even attempted the difficult task of getting out that bed?

this island eh! deary me.

i gotta say Musashi, on this site fmotl i found comfort in the fact that there is courage and there are hero,s,
i have dived and ducked since i was six years old, almost 50 years of survival mode, i have been dragged into places i would rather have never been, i have had my child taken, i have had my homes taken, i have been stripped of the possibility of employment, guns in my mouth, clubbed around my head, kicked half to death, kidnapped, imprisoned, knocked over, knocked out, drugged, spat at, shot at, and all the time not once have i been suprised about it ever, it seems to have been par for the course for me, but i am hoping that when the time comes to close my eyes, i will have for sure aquired the ability to not give two pennorth of care to those who couldnt care any less for my events during this wonderful experience called life.

may we all reach this place called freedom, it aint for everybody

but fmotl for me, was the eye opener to see others who were never bad people go through so much shit, and learn so much about their own lives and limits, i saw hero,s of the new world  long live the freemen of the world.
and yourself with others like V and freeman stephen, bbd, Treeman (a fecking trooper  ) rev, HR and my friend the great Holy Vehm and so many others, have been a true comfort over these years, so a big thanks to all of you out there.
even Hoops had his way of living free kinda lol
After All, what do i know about freedom

i am in court again 2moz, :giggle: wtf eh!

I am liking this one!

Thanks for your input, Mushashi - insightful as ever!

Enegiss, HV , FS, Treeman - as ever, my mental family!

I worry that, during the waking process, most of the 'freemen' in the (non-moving) 'Truth Movement' may become a tool of those steering events (thank you Squark). Moreover, I worry that they will not only become a tool, but a very valuable weapon of those who pull the strings.

The truth movement has a few leading lights/guru's who never seem to get any of the hassles we do, as they obey all the statutes! I must ask why?

Knowing of Tavistock and it's various creations over the years, we may postulate they have been very busy of late. This would be a mistake! They have NEVER stopped since Elizabeth I (EL-Lizard-Death) time! Dr John Dee and his cohorts have ceaselessly engineered the world we live in today, or rather, the paradigm our minds share.

It is Tavistock, through their american divisions, who started the hippy/peace movement by using US Naval and other Intelligence personnels children for that task - Frank Zappa is the most famous, all contained in a small, controlled, community. (OOOh! - sound like the one Julian Assange grew up in, dunnit?) http://www.davesweb.cnchost.com/nwsltr93.html

This movement, allied with the new, post-war phenomenon, the 'Teenager' (very suspect birth) merged and morphed to create the truth movement, in my opinion. I truly now believe we are the engineered enemies of the future for the governments of the world. We are cheaper than conventional warfare, infinitely more scary for general citizenry, as we are of them and seem to engender the worst emotional reaction of all enemies thus far created by the state.

Moving on to the future, there may be more in store for those in the truth movement - see this part of the infamous Pike letter...

"...The Third World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences caused by the “agentur” of the “Illuminati” between the political Zionists and the leaders of Islamic World. The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of Israel) mutually destroy each other.

(we can see this happening right now)

Meanwhile the other nations, once more divided on this issue will be constrained to fight to the point of complete physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustion… We shall unleash the Nihilists and the atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the effect of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil.

Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with christianity, whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass or direction, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will receive the true light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view..."

Might I suggest that those in the truth movement, purportedly shown all the skeletons in the cupboards are the very nilhilists and atheists spoken of? I know of many who merely wish to tear down, shatter, or otherwise destroy what is seen as 'society' today.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nihilism

"... Most commonly, nihilism is presented in the form of existential nihilism, which argues that life is without objective meaning, purpose, or intrinsic value.[1] Moral nihilists assert that morality does not inherently exist, and that any established moral values are abstractly contrived. Nihilism can also take epistemological or ontological/metaphysical forms, meaning respectively that, in some aspect, knowledge is not possible, or that reality does not actually exist..."

So, from what we in this truth movement see, there are no morals, no value to things or life itself and, most importantly, that knowledge itself, is purely subjective and therefore, impossible to gain in any meaningful way, as there are too many sides telling 'the truth'.

This strikes me as contrived - the whole thing! EVERYTHING in most peoples world-view is pure propaganda and is, therefore, worthless - leading them inescapably to nilhilism.

So, to end a long-winded post, I agree with Mushashi and echo that question - where do we go when we wake up, what do we do? I suggest certainly NOT where all the other truthers go, nor to do what they are doing! Individuals do things individually :giggle: we dont need no stinkin badges! (I do like blazing saddles)

As to fmotl, I like the atmosphere here and always have. There is and was more thought and depth, more bottom, than any other site of its type I have found. This keeps me checking-in and returning from time to time.

The cast of characters is just right, none of them are overly bombastic or vociferous, all are willing to think - very rare indeed - which gives rise to hope in my heart for the core of us.

Where we go from here is up to us, but we will go from reason, not from being in a guided, non-moving, 'movement', dictated by some game-theory computer or its programmers.

Peace and good wishes, brothers and sisters!

Now this is becoming a good thread. I'd like to thank Baldy in particular for his post which certainly got me to thinking...
I've read that Albert Pike quote many times before, but I have to admit not once did it occur to me that the "freeman" movement might have been deliberately set up as a possible future enemy for the elite. I have to admit that it is a very disturbing possibility, especially given that the whole Zionist issue has clearly been devised and established over more than 100 years and really does seem to be a focus for a potential WW3.

If it were true that the "freeman" movement has been devised by its enemies, does this make it any less valuable or worthy? It wakes people up, in varying degrees, to the corruption that they live in. In my opinion this is a good thing. Assuming for a moment that the movement is a tool of the elite, then we must assume that the elite assume that it is a movement that they can ultimately defeat while achieving their ultimate goal - whatever that may be.
However, I believe that it is possible that they may have bitten off more than they can chew. Only time will tell.

On the whole freeman v lawful rebellion thing. What exactly is the difference? I consider myself both a man trying to be free and a man in lawful rebellion against the corruption of government. I have no delusions about my ability to
effect change for other people in large numbers - the odds of that are probably astronomically small. But I can effect change for myself and that, frankly, is my only goal. I try to help people when I can, but ultimately we can only help ourselves as this battle is currently mental more than physical and will remain so until people wake up in large numbers.

I may loose everything I have in this fight, materially. I don't give a damn. I will not knowingly and willingly go along with the sickness in our society. For me, this is about self respect just as much as it is about being "free" or freeing others. In that aspect at least, this is a fight we can all win.
Musashi asked, "What do you do when you wake up after waking up?" My answer is: "The best you can do."
The best you can do, certainly - but in what direction, with whom and by what means?

I am a believer - that we began life as a controlled opposition group, and I early introduced the concept of the Doctrine of False Opposition because of that. I also am of the opinion that we may have gone a little out of control, and certain individuals have been introduced to re-establish the wayward path that the originals failed to keep us on. I believe I have sat in some of their company and in at least one of their houses. No names no pack drill. Yet.

To establish such a controlled group is a supreme act of daring, because in order to present the lie you must first present a limited truth - a truth worth fighting for. Not only that but, more risky still, you must also introduce a technique of thought and analysis suitable to the circumstances that will permit the target to perceive, organise and make sense of the information given. The information given may be selected and controlled, may be placed for the finding, but when the techniques of thought and analysis are given over there is little control over where and when it will be applied. We may leave the crooked path and set our sights on the straight path. This is what I think has happened. Many of us still have an innate sense of 'right' and it is this sense that has taken our steps from the crooked path to the straight path. Those of you who have read the book "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" will recognise the following from the fly leaf:
"And what is good, Phaedrus, and what is bad? Need we ask to be told of this?"

Given the kind of people that we are, this is a very dangerous action. We are maverick by nature - homo indomitus - dissatisfied with the norms and seldom prone to emotional acceptance of a thing simply because some celebrity type told us. We despise celebrity, those who seek it and those who worship at their feet, rightly mistrusting self aggrandisement. We may form emotional attachments to our own ideas, but in this movement there is always someone who will abuse us of such notions and nonsense. Besides, such attachments are merely evidence of our passion.

Our websites are running according to their plan, for the most part, with little need for the trolls we constantly encountered in the early days. We have sufficient members who are happy to follow the yellow brick road and all its diversions, being essentially self interested and seeking knowledge not for the love of it, or the usefulness to the whole community, but because it serves them and suits their purposes of self enrichment and petty, personal agendas. I feel justified in writing this and need only point at a few of the many first posters, on every site, who have asked for help in their one and only post - after telling us that they have been watching from the shadows for a couple of years (and apparently learning nothing in the process) - then complaining when we do not help, and criticising and launching personal attacks when gently reprimanded and being advised to do their own study - as we have done. They are easily dealt with, being merely parasitic primitives with no politically engineered agenda. Diversion is our foe, and we have often been diverted down fruitless paths by such types.

Their first line defenses are no longer on our sites but in their courts and information desks where they handle our FOIR's in good gatekeeperly fashion. I regard the foregoing as part of the evidence of their loss of complete control. If there is not complete control then there is no control - only a constant battle for it. We are currently engaged in this battle, and the indubitable fact that we are fighting on their home ground is a measure of how far we have come despite them. Their corruption, once hidden, is now on open display as their only form of defense.

They do have historical continuity, no doubt of it, and I can take it a lot further back than Elizabethan times and to many other countries. If their works in Elizabethan times interest you, then check out "The School of Night" whose members included poets, scientists and play writers, all centered round Sir Walter Raleigh, and may be a source of the Shakespeare works. It was also known as The School of Atheism - with all that that implies. Nevertheless, the most ancient of lineage may be cast down to oblivion in a single stroke. I am of the opinion that the sword is being raised to deal that blow even as we write and read.

Almost everything they have done has carried with it its own inherent risks and dangers. There was a time when only they had access to reading and writing. By this they could, for example, interpret the will of god for the illiterate. When John Tyndall translated the bible to ordinary English for ordinary folk, the monks paid for it with their heads when the people saw how they had been tricked by an unscrupulous clergy.
When the rise of industry created the need for an educated workforce they had to educate the people - hence the education laws. A dangerous move, and one that required an even greater degree of control. Now that industry no longer requires a great number of educated people we find that the education provided is progressively reduced to the point of uselessness. However, in the rise of the educated masses there were always those who would apply their education to "wrong purposes" and the days of the pamphleteers arose. It was always a risk. The rise and fall of education is paralleled by the rise and fall of industrial needs. The decline in church attendance is paralleled by the rise in education. It is worthy of note here that the Abbey of Sion, in Essex (transferred by Henry (2nd? or 3rd?) from the Mount in Cornwall) was the only church property to survive intact through the Dissolution of the Monasteries under Henry 8th. By the way, the later historical changes that took place with the introduction of the printing press are very interesting to see. Our internet is the modern equivalent.

Similarly, we have had to be 'educated' to some degree in order to find that which we were meant to find and there are those of us who have used this education for "wrong purposes". This is their fear come true.

I pretty much agree with everything you said. I'd just add that a certain degree of education (of the public) was and still is necessary. It is essential for people to be able to read and write in order for the wool to be pulled over their eyes. It is equally essential that the public be unable to understand what they are reading while at they same time believing that they do understand it... a very neat trick and one that has been pulled off fantastically. If the elite weren't a bunch of psychopathic homicidal maniacs they'd have my admiration.

One problem they face is the self educated. People who once given a small amount of information are able to advance their understanding without direction. I imagine many of the regulars on this forum are such people and this is one means by which the elite loose control.

Now. Put yourself in their position. The larger the population the more of every type of man there is, both sheeple and thinkers. The more thinkers there are, the harder it is for the elite to maintain control via lie and deception. This is because the truth tends to be contagious. It spreads slowly at first, but gains momentum in an almost geometrical fashion. We see this happening now. The thinkers are the originators of truth and the more of them there are, the harder life becomes for the elite. The logical solution is mass extermination of the population to bring it down to a manageable size. A reduced population also fits with their plans for enhanced longevity for the few.

Someone tell me my logic is flawed. That a large unwieldy population is better for the elite than a small controllable one. I'd love to be wrong on this. The point I'm making in a long winded fashion is an answer to your second question:

"The best you can do, certainly - but in what direction, with whom and by what means?"

I have a horrible suspicion that the direction the future takes will be out of our hands. The best we can do probably won't be enough. I'll be damned if that will stop me from trying though.

We have no disagreement, brother.

Education is, perhaps, a greater need than ever.

I am sorry to say that I cannot tell you that your logic is flawed. It merely mirrors my own - and I do not believe that to be flawed, either.

"I have a horrible suspicion that the direction the future takes will be out of our hands"
and I have a horrible suspicion that you are correct. However, that is not to say that the future will be not of our liking - just not of our making.
