Paradox of Work Contract

Paradox of Work Contract

Postby ThePastel » Fri Apr 02, 2021 2:34 pm The paradox of a work contract: a work contract is void because a work relationship requires trust between an employer and employee: a work contract is dissolved as soon as a judge realizes that there is no trust between employer-employee.

BUT A contract is already a declaration of non-trust. Why an employer will sign a contract stating the salary of an employee? Because it is clear that the employer at some moment will not respect their agreement if not stated so!

What are your thoughts?
