ok searched the local registry office it seems this place isnt where the legal status is created maybe the general registers office can explain better lol as they only give 2 examples in the local registry office

"Recording the man as a child's father in these circumstances does not mean he will be treated in law as the child's father for any purpose other than registration. Nor does it give the child any legal status or rights concerning, for example, inheritance or nationality. If you would like further information, you should seek legal advice."

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please can you explain why 2 different birth certificates are
supplied when a child's birth if registered in the County and
whether these original certificates are kept within the counties
registration department or sent on and if so to which department
and for what purpose.

It appears the certified copies supplied are only copies of an
entry of record, not a copy of the original birth
certificates;Certificate of live birth and certified copy of an
entry.

Can you please state if this give the authority a right of claim
over these children once registered , thereby creating a trust
which would enable the state to remove children if they so desired,
because they have the title/claim to these children that is greater
than the parents.

Or why the full implications of registering children is not fully
explained to the parents.
Hope

Markie - I'm getting then distinct impression that the father will trun out to be the state. Mothers maiden name? - why?

I think this is why the father is only used at registration, as the state takes that role thereafter.

Or, I'm too paranoid and can't read for sh@t - take your pick.
