Just a tag on here about court orders to third parties not involved in the dispute. An employer is enslaved if a judge orders him to deduct debt notes from an employee and uses force of law to make him do so. Anyone subject to such an order can surely refuse, or at the least demand remuneration for their labour.
He is also instigating crime, as the employer is not a registered, licensed, insured debt collector and any debt notes he takes is done in theft. A claim is indicated therefor. You will find more details about this in my post on the bulletin board - PAYE TAX EXIT STRATEGY.
