Account Termination

Account Termination

Postby Dash » Tue Nov 17, 2009 8:09 pm

Hi guys,

I have sent all of the Notices off for my credit card company and responded to all notices and letters sent to my strawman by them.
Today I receive an Account Termination letter

it says:

We recently served a Default Notice on you.
As you have not met the conditions of this Default Notice by repaying the amount due, we are terminiation our credit agreement with you. Please cut your card(s) in half and dispose of them carefully.

Please contact us on xxxxxxxxxxx to arrabge an immediate payment and subsequent repaymetn programme.

As they have terminated their credit agreement with me does that not mean there is no agreement at all so they can no longer ask for any money they think may be outstanding or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

Any thoughts

Love and Peace

It would of said in the agreement (if it existed) that if you missed payments they could terminate it, whether the agreement exists or not for the period they claim is another story
