supposedly going through a red light

Postby Rab007 » Sat Oct 18, 2014 8:10 pm

Can someone help me with some sort of template that I can reply to the police. They say I have committed a crime by going through a red light but I am still waiting for evidence of this. I have The Lioness book and have written them a letter asking for proof bit to no avail. Can someone give me some advice on what I should do next. Much appreciated

The Police do tend to play a twisted game when it comes to photo/traffic evidence. They will only (sometimes) disclose evidence if you are planning to challenge the alleged offence in Court. It is nothing more than 'fear inducement'.

All I can advise is to read, read and read some more until you are confident in what you are trying to achieve. At the end of the day it is you that will have to cope with the consequence's .
