Subject: for the attention of a legal advisor

dear sir/madam.
just a quick note,to inform you of a situation, that has occured
regarding removal of waste,from
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

the situation,as it stands,is,the green bin was not emptied on tuesday
the 6.8.2013.

the reason given, was, that it had,`what i consider to be rubbish in it`
however you want to label things is your choice, and if you want to rake
through bins...feel free to do so,providing, that you have agreed or
contracted yourself to carry out the task,or not...YOUR CHOICE.

whatever agreements/contracts..kings lynn council make` bind kings lynn
council, unless you run them past me for aproval, before you sign.
LAW OF CONTRACT APPLIES TO ALL

anyway i digress.

personally,i have some questions,that hopefully,you may answer.

the nice lady i spoke to TOLD me`some trick..eh`,that i would have to
rake through the bin,and seperate the rubbish by hand.

now this statement raises a plethora of questions.

i suppose the first would be,that of vicarious liability,as it applies
to kings lynn council.

having looked on the, health, and safety excutive website,i find, that
handling waste products...comes top of the accident list, including cuts
disease..e.t.c

allso...it seems one,has to be employed..to be covered, for any KIND of
accident or injury..

so another question is...are kings lynn council going to employ/insure
me,or otherwise affirm, that i will be compensated regarding any,and all
possible injuries,while i undertake the duties,that i pay for.
or to put it quite plainly...the money/credit,is stolen unlawfully, and
fraudulently,from my pension.

about me.
i`m the sole beneficiary,and signor,of the trust..known as
mr.christopher xxxxxx
i dwell,in the jurisiction,of the common law.
any,and all adhesion contracts,or any, that do not contain my wet
signature,are null,and void,and are hereby..rescinded.

i,am,not a member of society,as none,can seem to name this society,that
they feel quite confident, they belong to.

i,am not a citizen..i do not vote

i reject..any title..ie mr miss...e.t.c
as is my right

in fact any mail recieved, addressed to mr.goes into the bin`of my
choice` as is my right.

so i would appreciate any reply be addressed to.
chris,of the family xxxxxx

the reason for this is`quite simple.
i,am a man on the earth,with a sentient mind,and
not a legal fiction/puppet

looking foreward to a resolution.
kind regards.

I have recently become involved in a forces charity doing recycling to raise funds.
I have also done a great deal of can, cardboard and bottle collecting, can sorting, cardboard sorting, bottle sorting and the crushing and baling of the same. It is very, very labour intensive. Soul destroying, too, with the stink of old beer, coke and what not. Dirty, noisy and physically tiring. It is also highly uneconomical at the going rates for recycled materials. I know this to be true because I have run the numbers several times. We do it to raise funds, but it only works because we give our time and labour free to the charity.

In about three/four hours I managed to sort into 3 separate boxes a mere 30 kilos of aluminium cans. (Big magnets are used to sort the steel from the aluminium). At 300 quid a ton for aluminium we need 100 boxes to get that 300 quid.
33 hours = 300 quid for the charity.

Add the cost of the premises, fuel, tax and mot and insurance and you get the picture. The public must be made to do this labour or the corporations will not get a profit. No forced labour = no profits.
Check out your own area for similar figures and the back door slavery.
Remember the logo over the gate of the Auschwitz Concentration Camp; arbeit macht frei. Work makes you free.

If a corporate company were to sort, crush and bale their own materials they would, possibly, go out of business, not enter the business, or prices would rise hugely.

In order to make a profit they MUST have you, the general public, do all the cleaning and sorting at source - your home, that is. When I pick stuff up that has been carefully and thoughtfully separated it takes only minutes to work. When it is a mixed bag - well, the time can run on and on.

Without our free labour input the profit-making recycling industry would collapse, or the price of certain materials would inflate beyond economic viability. Without the council rules about what goes in what bin, what has to be washed, de-labelled, separated and so on, these people would have no profits. Profit is the name of the game, and we have been conscripted to contribute to the continued healthy profits of the industry. Councils are working with profit making companies to get us to do their basic labour in order to maximise profits. Of course, they tell us that we are helping to save the environment. The very environment that these same corporations are destroying by chemicalising and plasticising the world in pursuit of profit.

Ask your local council who they are doing business with. Who gets the material to sell on? What are the terms of their contract with them. When did they change the terms and conditions of doing business with you. And so on. Oh, and who says that you have to do business with them?
Also ask when the law changed: councils were/are obliged to remove household litter for free. This is in one of my older law books and, when I have time, I will dig it out and check it out.

many thanks,for the
haunting reply...musashi.

as i say, this is just the beginning.

i feel the next stage, will be the old favourite......threats,and coercion.

this will be one of my future questions..

Ask your local council who they are doing business with. Who gets the material to sell on? What are the terms of their contract with them. When did they change the terms and conditions of doing business with you. And so on. Oh, and who says that you have to do business with them?

i`m sure the saga,of the green bin is going to run for a while, and should be
a great source,of infotainment,for all... :giggle:
ps.
its due,to be emptied,next tuesday...stay tuned..folks..

Subject: Non collection of recycling bin

Chris

Thank you for your earlier email which I read with interest.

The Council will only collect the contents of the recycling bin where the bin contains the materials stated as being suitable for collection, these are

Newspapers, magazines, the contents of junk mail and similar mixed papers
Cardboard, toilet roll tubes, grey cardboard cartons and similar clean mixed cardboard products
Clean food and drinks cans
Clean plastic bottles
Aerosols

A full list is available on our website.

Your email indicates that non conforming material was present in your bin and therefore we have not emptied it and have asked you to remove the non conforming material so that it may be emptied on the next recycling collection. The waste remains in your control and there is no work activity and therefore the Health & Safety at Work etc Act 1974 does not apply to you in this matter.

Your other comments are a digression and I would ask for your full co-operation if you wish for the bin to emptied.

Barry thinks you work for him

While denying that you do any work for him

Either he is a public official and should do as asked or you are a public servant and will do as told.

The fact you are the principal seems lost on our Barry (and his cohorts)
"A ruler who violates the law is illegitimate. He has no right to be obeyed. His commands are mere force and coercion. Rulers who act lawlessly, whose laws are unlawful, are mere criminals".

hi h.v
yes,it makes one wonder.

i`m still waiting,for a reply from their `legal dept.

it seems, that these arrogant minions, have come to the conclusion, that
we have only one right......SILENCE

if all else fails,i will do a f.o.i,request.

i came to the same conclusion, that musashi mentioned,in his
reply..i.e being treated,as if we are some kind of cheap labour
for the profit of a criminal cabal.

this is the reason,i have NEVER,made an effort to carry out their
none contractual orders.

i have come to the conclusion, that dealing with these pompous gits,it is
very similar to that game..`bash the mole`.. :giggle:
