Hi there,

I have 3 loans I am in the process of battling, and one of them is with Sainsburys Bank, the other Barclay Card and Barclays Loan and the last with the Post Office. does anyone know if the Post Office Loans dept is in anyay related to the ROYAL MAIL, the QUEEN, or the GOVT?
If so, then I may struggle sending a lien to the CEO?

Does anyone know the statute way of dealing with this? As I have always tried the Freeman route, (which of course they didnt listen to) and now I am understanding the Commercial Liens/Law route and would like to try a mix.
I think I understand that I need a template for
Conditional Acceptance, along with a negative sworn affadavit? I found a few on the internet but only applicable for the US? has anyone done this successfully in the UK yet? If so please direct me in the way of Templates?

Many Thanks
