hi everyone
I must recover my damages after someone changed the lock me out and deprive me of my home pushing me into homelessness. I was also assaultred when I tried to re-entry my home. I am now ready to claim for the damages. The value claimed is above that which a County Court can accept.

Do you advise the claim to be in the Queens Bench or Chancery division?

Thanks ever so much

Any other advise is much welcomed as well

Thank you Mike and musashi,

I tried to find info but I do not have internet in my emergency place and so it isn't always easy to find info unless I go to a library or internet point. I have read that the High Court is organised into three divisions: the Queen's Bench Division, the Chancery Division, and the Family Division and I am not sure if it is the Queens bench or the Chancery division I must go for the claim due to the criminal elements involving my case. Also if anyone has info about court's fees and remission due to exceptional circumstances any info is welcomed.

I will go to find info in the forum right now and hope to find some data that can help
